Physical education is an important part of school life. In addition to helping children learn healthy habits, physical education can also increase learning by getting the blood flowing and increasing oxygen levels, which promote concentration. Sports and PE help children build self-esteem and help them to learn how to work as part of a team. We encourage every child to participate and to discover something about themselves through sports and games. We know that fair play, team work and a competitive spirit are more important than winning but that winning can be great fun too.

As the school grows with your children, so will the opportunities for activities and sports. At our school in Madrid, for example, pupils can choose activities from football to ballet, martial arts to tennis and everything in between.
